Many stakeholders in SAF!!

The stakeholders can be determined in the terms of their commitment to the event be it an individual, groups of people or organizations. The Singapore Arts Festival in terms of highest commitment to lowest of stakeholder, first is definitely the host organization as without their hard work in inviting people to perform or working out details with various heartland malls to showcase the performances, the whole event might have continued but without achieving their goals or without substance.

Next is host community, helping out like giving information to the media for write ups or interviews but even if the event fails, they will not have to shoulder the blame, thus they may not be as committed.

Next is sponsor, all they need is to provide the paper with the green jackets and they are able to see their company’s logo or products being published on every brochure that is being handed out, or the more committed ones may even sponsor a entire show to back up the performers to order to attract their loyal customers that have fate in their tastes.

Next is the participants, without their hard work and persistence in the work that they are doing as like in a play, one must be the character or be the emotion he/she is tasked to be, they are also the ones trying to spread their love for the arts to the audience and the ones that can give the audience a lasting experience that hopefully attract them back to the theatre again.

Next is the co workers, as without them, the event may not run as smoothly as they can be ticket sellers, merchandise sellers or even just a usher, enjoying a play also includes the atmosphere, a bad experience leaves a bad taste in the mouth that can cause the event to lose a customer which in their case, every patron is important regardless of a paying or non paying one.

Then is the media, good relations with them can result in excellent huge headlines of write ups and recommendations that will attract many. Bad relations can result in either a ditching aside the article or just a small article right next to the obituaries that may just be skipped through.

Lastly is the spectators, the committed ones are either supporters for their family performing or they have being a follower of the genre of the play for a long time and enjoy it. If not most of them are probably because of reasons like school work that sort of forced one to go but hopefully every spectator was able to get something out of it and return once again to enjoy this successful event.
